Some of our hives are moved to the coastal region of NC in Hyde County in late summer when the cotton fields are blooming. The purple and white blooms of the cotton plants produce a sweet nectar characterized by a clean, mild sweetness with subtle floral notes and a buttery, creamy body.

We offer our NC Cotton Honey packaged in 1# Hourglass Fliptop Bottles.
